We stand behind the quality of our services. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund policy for eligible services and programs.

1. Eligible Services

This refund policy applies to the following services:

  • Professional training programs and workshops
  • Online courses and educational materials
  • Initial consulting assessment packages
  • Subscription-based advisory services

2. Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date or service commencement date, whichever is later. Requests made after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Include your name, service purchased, and date of purchase
  • Provide a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund
  • Include any relevant order or invoice numbers

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request:

  • We will review your request within 5 business days
  • You will receive an email confirming our decision
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom consulting engagements that have already commenced
  • Services where deliverables have been provided
  • Training programs after more than 50% completion
  • Services explicitly marked as non-refundable at purchase

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered:

  • For multi-session programs, refunds may be prorated based on sessions attended
  • For ongoing consulting engagements, refunds may be calculated based on work completed
  • Administrative fees may be deducted from refund amounts where applicable

7. Cancellation Policy

For scheduled consultations and training sessions:

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: Full refund or rescheduling
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund or rescheduling
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund (rescheduling may be available)
